For the better part of this year, we've been working on introducing several new and exciting upgrades to our service.

But what I can say is that in preparation for implementation of these changes, we will be performing major maintenance on our Account Management and Helpdesk systems.

Saturday morning, November 12th, between 3:00am - 7:00am EST, our Account Management and Helpdesk systems will be offline.

Your Websites or Email services will not be affected and will remain online.

However, if you wish to access your website for changes, you would need to FTP directly using an FTP program, because our online account management tools will not be available during the maintenance window.
